Everyone who has a business, big or small, needs to file their BOI report and file for their FinCEN. The absolute last day to register for your FinCEN is January 1, 2025. For businesses who had been created before and during 2024 you will need to register as soon as possible. Any businesses that are created in 2025 have 90 days to properly register their BOI report and FinCEN. Please know that the failure to register for these can mean that you will be fined $500 each day you have failed to register and could possibly be jailed for 2 years.
